Your condition is serious and advance. It is unusual to see such advance degenerative condition with such a young person. You may require surgery but you should be evaluated by a Chiropractor and have any long standing spinal structural alignment problem corrected. You likely have had a spinal subluxation (misalignment) as long as you have been walking.
