Pinched nerve?


Tingling in my left middle finger?

I was carrying in a bag of extremely heavy groceries and had my finger wrapped around the handle of the bag. It's very cold outside. When I got upstairs I noticed my finger was tingling and blue. It's been about 20 minutes, and I have rubbed it, kept my hands at my side, and it's still tingling. Is this a pinched nerve? What can I do to relieve the tingling?
