Neck, upper back , lower back pain in Pregnancy

Comments:: I have been having severve back pain that radiates from my lower back and upper back into my neck that is giving me headaches. I literally cry from them. i was in a store today and i had to sit down cause i almost passed out from the pain. It hurts to try to turn my head or laugh. I was told by my pbgyn to take tylenol and use a heating pad on low. or a warm bath that only helped a little. I also need to mention i was not a small woman when i became pregnant either. I am almost 300 pounds i want to lose weight but have been told not to until the baby is born. Any advice on what i can do to alleviate this pain. Also, i was diagnosied years ago with scoloisis of the spine. Could this be part of the problem. Also my hand shakes on the right and to try to hold a baby spoon to help feed my 16 monthold daughter is very painful.
