lower back pain

Comments:: My girlfriend has very bad lower back pain that runs down her leg sometimes in a shooting pain. Sometimes her legs lose all motor control and start to give out. I am looking for exercisesw that she can do to help releive tha pressure, any help would be greatly appreciated.
