Left arm and mild chest pain

I am quite worried as recently I have experienced an aching pain (almost like a growing pain), weakness in my left shoulder and left arm.
I have experienced a mild pain in the left part of my chest too.

I have not carried anything heavy in my left hand at all and am wondering what is going on as this pain seems to be coming from nowhere.
I am only 28 years too.
I am concerned if this is serious?
