can u help?

i have had a sore back n hips 4 8months now n have been in hospital n had evey test nearly part from a bone scan tht i think i am ment 2 b having i seen on my records the name scheuermann's diseas n ?? next 2 it i think i might have this but wot is it n how can u get rid ov it?is it sumthing seriuos?
