Scheuermanns disease

I am a 24 year old man that has detiration of the 6th-9th thoracic spine. I had NO back problems before. I have muscle spasm's as well. I take Ibuprofen 600 mg for the pain and Tramadol (50) for the spasm's.I was just wondering if there's anything you can do differetly for scheuermann's disease? If so, please email me. Thanks
