Tail Bone

Dear Dr. Bunting, I am a seventeen year male with a problem with my tail bone or lower back period. When I was fifteen, I was playing around and was slammed onto the concrete ground right onto my tail bone. I was unable to comfortably walk for weeks and did not notify anyone about the problem. I now have problems exercising when laying on the floor and a mat. Is it possible that I did fracture my tail bone. Is there anything that I can do about the discomfort. Thank You.
