pain in lower back and legs

I slipped and fell on icy side walk 2 weeks back,
I had pain in my back for one day and then it was gone.
After a week when when I was very much strained by
the house hold and physical work, lower back pain began
and it radiated down the hips and the legs,I have pain
when I bend, sit or stand since a week.
Is this pain associated with
slipping on side walk?
What could be the reason for the pain?
Are there any conservative measures for it?
Who is the best specialist I can see for my pain?
