I take Ibuprofen 600 mg for the pain and Tramadol (50) for the spasm's.I was just wondering if there's anything you can do differetly for scheuermann's disease? If so, please email me. Thanks

I have the same condition. I am 36. I've had pain for 20 years. I'm almost pain-free now with the help of a great and simple device called "Lumbar Extender". You can buy it for about $100. It pays for itself quickly. You simply lay down on it for 3-5 minutes and your muscles relax. Sounds to good to be true but I am a new person since I started using it 6 months ago.
