Re: Sharp pain in upper right of back

: 1 side of my back seems 2 be a lot larger than the other. When I look in the mirror 1 of my shoulder blades are further down than the other. The right hand side of my back seems alot stiffer than the right, and when 1 stretch my back I hear and feel "clicks" in my back. I have had sharp pains in my back but not persistently. I can stretch my left around my back and all the way up my spine but my right hand can't go half as high. Do you know what could be wrong
