: Doctor,

: I have a small lump in my lower right back just above my right sensoredox. It does not hurt, it is soft and I can move it around a little bit. It is not growing but I do have sporatic pain in my right side hip. Can this be related? Do you know what this may be? What is your advice?

: Thanks...Lisa

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
