: Hello. The skin on my right hand (especially my fingers) and my bottom left leg (not my feet)have started becoming darker and harder, like the supply of blood to it has slowed down a bit. i've noticed this for 5 years now. its worse now then ever before. Although most people have trouble noticing it, the difference between my left and right hand and my left and right leg is VERY distinct to me.

This doenst go away in summer but i feel like its worse in winter.
Do i have raynauds disease or phenomenon or syndrome? is there anything that can be done about it?
