: Three month ago I have been diagnosed with herniated disc. it states: L4-5 is right sided disc which compresses the right L4 root in the intervertbral foramen. The far lateral root is not affected but it is distorted posteriorly.
: I was given epidural cortison injections three times. The last I got Dec.18.2003.
: My questions : what is the most probable outcome after six weeks after my last epidural treatment ?
: What I can do to help my self to get better. I still have sometimes pain in my sensoredock with like knife shooting pain down in my leg. I go three times a weeek for hydrotherapy, I walk as much as posssible. What else can I do without to cause anymore damage to my back. Please advice. thank you Mila
