I am a 68 year old female , 5'3", 165 pounds with history of severe back pains, scoliosis, etc., driving a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer, hit the back of a Suburban at approx 55mph. Six hours on a body board with a collar, several sets of x-rays indicated nothing broken. Taking Ibuprofen 800mg 3x/day, skelaxin 800 mg, 2x/day, black and blue, large sections, from under chin to groin. Pain and bruising now going around to the left back. I shake, I hurt, cannot cough or sneeze or take a deep breath. When can I expect some relief without the meds? Also emotional problems as I continue to drive, fearful....etc/ Any answers or reply? Thank you so much.

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
