the past month I have had presback.
: For the last three nights it has awakened me and I dont know what to do for it. It is so bad I could cry. It only happens at night. Is there anything I could do at night to help the pressure?

iam 48years old and have had two back surg already and now it feels like it did the first time i hurt it is this something i will have to live the rest of my life and what are some thing out there to help me
