I've been experiencing mild to severe pain in the lower left side above the hip but below the rib cage. It is generally toward the rear (back) but seems to move to the front occasionally. This has lasted EVERY DAY for over 2 months. The pain actually feels like someone has a hold of me inside but occasionally pulls or twists slightly. When the pain becomes intense, I pass gas to relieve. In the morning this takes about 10 minutes. Otherwise, bowel movements are nearly normal.I've had a colonoscopy (clear) and full dye induced Catscan (negative). The gastrointerologist believes it is musculature in nature.
One other issue, I make kidney stones. Lots of them. But this pain is lower and near constant but not like a kidney stone (if there was one in my ureter for this long, I'd be stark raving mad by now).
Any ideas?
