I have severe pain in my upper and lower abdomen feels like my ribs are broken and locked I can hardly wipe my bottom because it causes what feels like my ribs and stomach muscle are locking and the pain is so severe I can't stand it. Also I am getting severe headaches, am also extremely tired and legs and arms feel very week and painful as well
