I'm very interested in information on the very same thing everyone is commenting on. I have a soft moveable lump about the size of a walnut on the lower right side of my back also above my hip bone I do have lower back pain and recently started jogging as well. Is there a connection jogging and this lump. I also had a baby 15 months ago via c-section. any help?
