After I do push-ups, I get this severe tightening pain in the upper-middle part of my chest. If I stretch my arms and shoulders way back, to where my chest is fully stretched, I hear a popping sound and the pain goes away. It usually doesn't kick in until I lie on my side or right after I have a really hard work-out. Any suggestions on what this might be?
