MRI 7/26/00 Mild impression centrally and to left of midline at c5-6 due to a small posterior bony spur. no evidence of cord compression.
MRI 12/12/07 - interval development of 4-mm anterior subluxation of C5 on C6 and degenerative disk disease as well as chronic osteodegenerative changes. This coupled with spondylosis results in mild ventral cord impingement and foraminal narrowing. --NO PAIN

Dr on 01/28/07 said surgery needed asap on C5-C6.
