I am having alot of pain in my mid and upper back at night. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy. A pillow between my knees has fixed the earlier issues I had with low back pain and sciatica, but so far my chiropractor has been unable to fix the mid and upper back pain. The one timme it stayed during the day, he adjusted my hip and fixed it. But mostly, as soon as I sit upright and get out of bed, the pain quickly starts to go away - so I think it's more sleep position than alignment trouble. But I can't sleep on my back or stomach in my condition!
The problem is, I can't sleep more than about 6 hours at night before the pain wakes me and makes sleeping any longer impossible. I work during the day so can't nap. I'm exhausted. Any suggestions?
