TWISTED PELVIS

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A TWISTED OR ROTATED PELVIS. IT IS VERY PAINFUL AND I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH IT RECENTLY. I KNOW TILTED PELVIS IS MORE COMMON, BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT, MY PELVIS TWISTS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND CAUSES PAIN IN THE LOWERBACK, FEMUR BONES, HIPS AND THE REAR PELVIS. ANY ADVICE?
