Pinched Nerve in shoulder blade?

3 weeks I have had what seems like pinched nerve under right shoulder blade. Think it is pinched nerve cause my fingers on right hand are a bit numb. Plus there is a spot on my right arm i can massage and feel it in my back and hand...can chiroprator help with this or is this more of a regular physician thing??
