hi all,i have just read all your emails,i too have a rotated pelvis,finally i have an answer to my 15 years of pain!!, i also have one leg shorter than the other!i would just like to say that exercises do help especially to strengthen the tummy and sensoredock muscles,these will ensure your pelvis stays in place!just try to be as active as possible,i know this isn't easy when you're in agony.
