In Sept. 05 I fell on l hip and got back into truncated sciatica. While at Dr. we spoke of my twisted pelvis of 25 yrs and my pain situation. I have read everyone emails and learn others have this problem. I was able to stand and do hair for 32 because I don,t give up easily. Over the last 27 yrs of much pain . I have found as a woman that support hose and undergarments help the most. Hot soakinf baths before bed also help . There is at Wa-Mart a mans underbrief almost to knees that is of greatest help. Sleeping in them gets the pain under control.During many pain crisis I have had to find my own relief. I can still have a great life most of the time. Riding in cars for trips is another thing to prepare for. Get a special pillow for lumbar spine for long reips of half an hour or more. I think this can help most of you and its great toknow you can help yourself. Good luck and stay of good cheer. IBLPJ

Ankle braces go on fast and the athlete does the applying so there is no waiting in line to be taped. Valuable trainer and coach time is saved when taping is eliminated. In an independent sudy of athletes Swede-O ankle braces were chosen as most comfortable.
