Liz, Take a deep breath and calm down. Tremors can be caused by over stimulation of a nerve, just like a muscle spasms is. It is an alternation between alapha motor neurons firing and gamma motor neurons firing back and forth. I know that is complex but here it is simply put: muscle goes into contract for whatever reason, muscle sends signal into spinal chord which sends signal back out into muscle. Muscle gets new signal and stops contracting. Then whatever caused the muscle to contract initially makes it contract again. See now we have a loop created. The big and fancy name is a "somatosomatic reflex arc". I have seen tremors which others thought were MS treated and corrected within 2 weeks. Patient never had any more tremors after that and just came in for maintainance every couple of weeks/a month after that. The MD and neurologist are just erroring on the side of caution by running the tests because it is better to error on caution that to error on laziness. Don't worry the DC should take care of you quickly. Hey good luck.
