Left Arm Pain That's Unexplainable

Hi, I have left arm pain that throbs and even feels like it's a sharp stabbing pain. I aslo notice that my skin seems to be changing to a pale color, paler that the rest of my skin. The pain comes and goes, but most times it gets really bad, which causes me to grip my arm, I even passed out once because of the pain. Is there anything wrong? I would like someone to get back to me as soon as they can, thanks! You van also reach me by my e-mail.
