cramp in lower back

I HAVE PAINFUL CRAMPS IN THE LOWER BACK WHEN I MOVE IN CERTAIN WAYS AND WHEN I STRETCH OR WHEN I AM SITTING IT IS SO PAINFUL THAT I CAN'T MOVE UNTIL IT SUBSIDES CAN YOU HELP THANK'S
