Re: cramp in lower back

Many things can cause muscle cramps. Maybe you do not have enough calcium, potassium or magnesium in your diet. Deficiencies in B vitamins can cause muscle cramps. Maybe you have severe degenerative arthritis limiting motion, pinching nerves and causing muscles to spasm. Maybe you have poor circulation or simply aren’t drinking enough water. There is no way to give you an idea of what is going on without more details. Go see the chiropractor.
