twisted pelvis sacroilic disorder

i have sacroilic disorder which is contibuting to my twisted pelvis as well, and am having problems of twisted intestines which is causing me dihrea and constipation( bowel irregularity) it is also pushing my diagphram upwards which is causing me hiatal hernia , and i am having very bad GERD, i have seen my doctor and he hasnt done enough to correct this problem , please tell me how can i get it corrected its causing me pain in my left lower back , i cant sit newhere for longer periods , i usualy get neck pain as well, please help me with this as its effecting my studies and my job.
