Chest pain and numbness

Doctor,
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have had a chronic numbness on the LEFT side of my torso under my LEFT rib cage for years. (Only the LEFT side is affected. The right side feels completely normal.) Lately, I have been experiencing what seems like a buildup of pressure culminating from between my spine and just under my left shoulder blade. It seems to raise my blood pressure, and it feels as though there is a huge ball of something inside my chest applying pressure to everything around it. I then stretch out my ribcage to the left and crack my spine in the are surrounding the center of pain, which gives me some relief for a small period of time. Could you please tell me what this could be, if you have ever heard of anything similar, and if it serious enough for me to visit a doctor? Thank you.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
