Re: Pain and numbness on the left leg

I was well until I participated in a company's wellness campaing. I particilated in a game of soccer as a goalkeeper and in the cause of the game a I fell but felt nothing then.

I have tried medication and doctor consultations. Now whenever I stand-up for more than 10 minutes or walk continously, my leg becomes painful and goes numb. Please help.

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
