Re: Very bad posture

The Posture Support braces that are cloth help in some cases but to get a really good brace you would need to go to an orthotist. If you are in a big city you can find them by looking in the yellow pages under "orthopedic appliances" or under orthotist. They can fit you with the right type of brace.
