Re: bicep tendanitous

My name is Brad, in which I'm an assistant Safety Tech at a large industrial paper mill. Job task is to help over see to my assosiates job safety, as well as helping them do their job task in a safe manner.

My question is this - i have an associate who builds scaffold, which was taken to the doctor and diagnoised with "Biceps Tendanitis" - question is can this be brought on within 6 months of his employment by building scaffolds, which consist of alot of lifting boards and climbing.

Or is this some on going condition developed probably throughtout his lifes work history - age 40?
