Lower abdomin strain

I have a muscle ache which is in the lower abdomen about 3/4 inches in a line below my belly button. it is currently in a spot that is on my top left hand corner of my pubic area.
It is only aggravated through sprinting. I can jog and perform stomach exercises with no problems

Any recommendations for supports and muscle stretching and strengthening.
