Nerve problem in elbow

I have a problem with my elbow. When I had my knees replaced in 1997 my hand was partially numb when I came out of the anesthetic. A neurologist said there was a problem where the nerve passes through the tunnel
in the elbow. I didn't do anything and the nunmbness got ok except when my elbow was bent for a prolonged time. When I wake up in the morning my hand is partially numb frequently. When I extend my elbow it gets ok. Well this morning I couldn't straighten my fingers until I extended my arm straight. That kinda scared me. Is there a splint I can get to keep my arm straight when I am sleeping?

TIA,
Peter

An ideal cushion to help preserve metatarsal phallangeal joint alignment (e.g. bunion deformity and post-operative toe drift).
