is the 5 metacarp fracture same as the boxers fracture?if not what % is boxers fracture of all 5 metacarp fracture?can a forensic medicine doctor understand if it is occured by punching somebodys forehead or the person himself is pushed by an iron stick on the metacarp?how can we stop him saying lies or false things?he hit somebody but he refuses this.thanks
