Moms doing better. Didn't get a response back but I did make another appointment with the Orthopidest's assistant. She admitted that the brace was to big and cumbersom. She was very helpful and quickly got another one that fit properly. I think the original proplem was due to a busy afternoon. The people who normaly do the office work tried to fit the first brace. No excuse for a rushed job.
