torn right calf muscle

2 weeks ago, I was playing volleyball and felt like I got an intense charlie horse. I tried to walk it out, but the pain persisted. I developed a bruise on the back of my leg. I was able to walk, but with pain. approx. 4 to 5 days later, it only affected me while walking up stairs.
This last thursday I went to volleyball. I stretched and walked before playing. I went to hit the ball and fell to the ground in pain. It felt like someone had pitched a hard baseball in the back of my calf as hard as they could. I actually looked to see who had thrown something at me.
My Husband took me to the hospital where they gave me major pain meds and crutches.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have been off work for 3 days now and still am having difficulty walking. I can't walk flat footed.
What do you recommend?
