Re: Achillies Problem

I have something similar to achillies tendinitis and possibly tendinitis, but i'm a high school runner and skiier and this past 2 months there's been something dabilitating about my achillies to the point i can't run and i've been to 12 spesensoredts and they can't tell me what's going on, it was caused by excessive uphill i beleive, these pains went away for about 2 weeks during which time i only ran flat terrain, i ran hills for the first time in a while yesterday and it came back very strongly, i can hardly walk on the leg and i can not put any weight on it or do stairs, it feels as if i've been drop kicked in the calf very hard any ideas what i can do?

Thank You,
Roy Mannix

Pro-Tec Athletics' J-Lat Knee Support helps guide the patella back into proper alignment with gentle pressure from the lateral to medial direction. Compression surrounding the patella will help keep it in the patella-femoral groove.
