: lerchentina You know what you can do. Sit on the floor with your feet strait out in front of you. Then lean back, lifting your legs together off the ground about a foot or less. Your knees can be bended. Now what you will do is put your hands together touching the sides of the floor by your sensored. You want to really lean back and rotate your back. Its hard in the beginning but start doing 20 side to side three times. By a week you should feel a difference. Good luck and i hope it works. You can also do normal leg lifts on the floor.
