broken clavical

I'm a 45 year young male who has broken a clavical bone 7 weeks ago which is not healing and the surgen has suggested removing the broken end and hold the remainder down with tendons?
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this done and what the outcome has been?
Look forward to any replys in the near future as my sergery is still approx 8 weeks away.

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by repetitive strain and is the most common cause of localized heel pain. It is an inflammation of the plantar fascia and is a clinical diagnosis based on a history and examination completed by a physician.
