ankle tendon dysfunction

My age is 75-female

CTfindings were either partial O r complete rupure
of the tibiais posterior tendon from the distal aspect of the tibia to its insertion into the navicular bone
left ankle.
An Arizonia ankle brace has been recommended or surgery to stabilize ankle.
Your opinion, please

The Palumbo Patella Stabilizing Brace creates a dynamic, medially displacing force to the patella and allows functional activity while providing stability throughout the full range of knee motion.
