Re: Freibergs Disease

Hello, my daughter is a college student on the track team, 4 months ago she started to have pain in her foot. Recently she visited an Orthopedic Dr. An xray was taken and he told her she had Freibergs disease. He was not all too familiar with this disease but recommended she see a Dr. in Charlotte N.C. (she attends school 5 hrs east of Charlotte, I am in NY ) My question is what over the counter medication would you recommend she take for the pain. She just recently moved into an apartment and I believe she worsened the conditon. Now she is in a tremendous amount of pain. Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
