Re: Freibergs Disease

I am very troubled about the fact i have been diagnosed as having Freibergs, but in fact, i had only a weak creaking toe at 13 caused by straining it while pretending to be a ballerina, and then an awful operation, which has caused the toe to feel worse and stiff, i am sure it was the operatio that was at fault, because no i have the notes and they admit it failed. I had another one four and a half years ago and again it has worsened matters. the second toe is shorter and sticks out any advice? cheers angela

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by repetitive strain and is the most common cause of localized heel pain. It is an inflammation of the plantar fascia and is a clinical diagnosis based on a history and examination completed by a physician.
