Hi! I am 21 and I was diagnosed with Freiberg's last year. I do not have to get surgery but I do have to be careful about going to the gym and I must wear tennis shoes at all time. Do any suffers have any advice for me about products to get? I read one post where the woman spoke about shoes with "bars." What are those?? Thanks!!
