For the three suffering with chronic hip pain, request a bone density scan of your spine and hip from your from your doctor.
Do not delay as you are very young.
Your condition could be indicitive of the onset of osteoporosis or indeed established osteoporosis. I suffered for many many years with debilitating unlateral hip pain, which no doctor could define. Now in my early forties, insisted on a bone density scan only to reveal severe osteoporosis of spine and hip. Do not repeat this for yourselves. Insist on that scan. Now.
