Re: torn tendon in left foot

I have had a similar problem.
For the past 3 years i have had pain in my feet first starting with the heel and no in the arch. I have gone to Countless doctors all of different sorts. SOme acupunturists, spesensoredts, physio, chiropractor, Have had Active release and everything. And nothing has worked. I am only 14 and i am very athletic, although nothing has taken it completely away, i have had some ease after accupuncture. I strongly suggest it, i was skeptical at first as well, but it has worked the most out of anything. I hope that helps.

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
