Bisept musscle
I recently fell on my left arm on the bisept. intilally I had horrible pain with severe bruising and swealing. this was two weeks ago since then my arm is not bruised but now has lumps underneeth the part of the arm I landed on. I have about 90 percent ROM in it. somtimes when I go to reach for something my arm gives way and if i touch the lumps in my arm my arm hurts for hours all the way down into my fingers. I have put Ice and heat on my arm and its just not working. do you know what kind of injury this is and what can I do about it
